		IIDA Educator of the Year Award IIDA is honoring the excellence and achievements of an interior design professor with the IIDA Educator of the Year Award. The recipient will receive a $10,000 cash award from Milliken and a free IIDA Membership. Letters of recommendation are due April 2. Enter or nominate someone now!

		IIDA Leaders Breakfast 2012 Mick Ebeling, founder of the nonprofit Not Impossible Foundation, will be the keynote speaker at the New York Leaders Breakfast on May 31, 2012. The event will also honor Maria Cuomo Cole and celebrate designer Jamie Drake. Other participating cities include Dallas, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto and the debut of Atlanta.

		Hospitality Product Design Competition IIDA and Hospitality Design Magazine's 16th Annual Hospitality Product Design Competition honors innovation and advancements in the hospitality industry. 		TRI-KES Becomes First Company to Earn Certification in New Sustainability Standard TRI-KES has become the first company to qualify for the American National Standard for Sustainable Wallcoverings, NSF/ANSI 342. The standard was developed as a collaborative effort of the Wallcoverings Association, NSF International, an independent organization that writes public health standards, and other third-party industry and sustainability experts. The 7th Annual IIDA Georgia Best of the Best (bob) Forum Design Awards was Feb. 22 at the Opera Nightclub in Atlanta. The award ceremony was centered around the 1980’s pop culture.
